Terms & Conditions – Happy Client Hub

Hey, and welcome!

I’m so glad you’re here — and I’m genuinely excited to explore your business and help you create a smoother, stronger customer experience.

Before we begin, here’s everything you need to know about how the Happy Client Audit works. Nothing scary, just a few clear expectations to keep things fair and smooth for both of us.

What You’re Getting

The Happy Client Audit is a one-time digital service that includes:

  • A personalized screen-recorded video (15–30 min) of your full customer journey

  • A “mystery purchase” to test your full buying experience

  • 3 rewritten customer communication pieces (emails, captions, thank-yous — your choice)

  • 3 loyalty-building templates you can reuse in your business

  • Delivery within 5–7 business days after you submit your intake form

How the Purchase Works

Here’s what happens when you book your audit:

  1. You check out through my website (at the early bird price if you're one of the first five 🎉)

  2. You’ll receive an email with a quick intake form and next steps

  3. In that form, you’ll include a 100% discount code so I can walk through your checkout experience like a real customer (no actual payment involved)

Important: You do not need to send me any products. This part of the process is just to review your buying flow, emails, and messaging.
I’m not doing this to collect free stuff — and I won’t expect you to ship anything.
--> If you DO want to send your product (totally optional) for a review of your delivery, packaging, inserts, and unboxing experience I’ll include a free mini-review after your main audit is delivered

 

    4. Once I place the mystery order, please mark it as “COMPLETED” in your system so I can receive your full post-purchase email flow​

Delivery Timeline

Once I receive your completed intake form, you’ll get your full audit package within 5–7 business days.

If anything’s missing or unclear (like broken links or a non-working discount code), I’ll contact you before starting, which may delay delivery slightly.

Refund Policy

Due to the personalized nature of this service, all sales are final once the audit process begins (i.e. after you submit your intake form).

If anything feels off or doesn’t meet your expectations, please reach out — I want you to feel supported and respected throughout the process.

 

Your Role in the Process

To make sure your audit goes smoothly, please:

  • Submit your intake form within 7 days of purchase

  • Provide accurate links to your shop and socials

  • Include a working 100% discount code (no need to ship items)

  • Mark the mystery order as “completed” once I check out (I'll notify you via e-mail once I place my order)

  • Let me know if you plan to send your product for an extra review (optional)

 

Sharing & Social Use

If you’d like to share a part of your audit video on your social media or website (which I fully support and encourage!), please credit Happy Client Hub when you do.

A tag like @happyclienthub or a mention of the audit service is perfect — and appreciated!

Feel free to share short clips or highlights. Please don’t repost the full video without checking with me first.
