3. How We Store + Protect Your Data

Your data is stored on secure platforms including:

  • Wix (website + ecommerce)

  • Typeform (intake form)

  • MailerLite (e-mail)

  • Google Drive or Loom (for audit delivery)
     

We keep your audit-related data for up to 12 months unless you request deletion earlier. Purchase records are stored as required by EU tax law (up to 7 years).

4. Your Rights

If you’re in the EU/EEA or under GDPR:

  • You have the right to request access to your data

  • Ask for corrections or deletions

  • Object to or limit certain uses

  • Withdraw consent for marketing anytime

Use of This Site + Services

By using this site and purchasing a service, you agree to the service terms outlined at checkout and on the Terms & Conditions page. All content on this site is protected by copyright and may not be copied or republished without written permission.

Payment & Deliverables

All payments are processed securely via Wix and its connected payment providers. You will receive a confirmation email and next steps after purchase.

The Happy Client Audit is a digital service and is non-refundable once the intake form is submitted.

Deliverables are provided within 5–7 business days of form submission. Delays may occur if key info is missing or incomplete — but we’ll always communicate with you if that happens.

Optional Shipping

If you choose to send a product for packaging review, you do so voluntarily and at your own cost. This is entirely optional and not part of the base service. No items will be returned.

No Free Product Collection

A 100% discount code is requested to complete a mystery checkout and assess the customer journey. You are not expected to ship anything unless you want packaging reviewed.
We want to be crystal clear: this audit is not a way to receive free products — and any shipping is completely up to you.

Sharing Audit Content

If you share part of your audit video on social media, please tag or credit @happyclienthub in your post. This helps others discover the service and supports our small business too!

You’re welcome to share snippets or clips, but it is not allowed to repost the full video without written permission.

Copyright & Intellectual Property

Audit materials (video, rewritten messages, templates) are for your internal use only. You may not sell, license, or publicly distribute the full content.

Limitations & Disclaimer

We’ll always deliver our best work — but we can’t guarantee specific results (like increased sales or retention). Your business outcomes depend on many factors beyond this service.

Happy Client Hub is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the service.

Governing Law

This website and service are operated from The Netherlands and governed by Dutch and applicable EU law.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The “effective date” will reflect the most recent change. You’ll be notified of significant updates via email or this website.
