You spend 5 minutes and get a full review of your customer experience, on video! Once you buy the audit, you'll receive an e-mail with the intake form where you have to respond to 5 questions about your company and audience, plus provide us a code for the mistery purchase (you won't send any products).  Then we review everything and send you the finished goodies within 5-7 days.

Q: Do I have to be on a call?
Nope. Everything is done behind the scenes and delivered to you directly — no scheduling or Zoom face required.

Q: What do you review exactly?
I walk through your shop, social, and full buying flow as if I were a new customer. That includes checking your site, social bio, product pages, checkout, emails, and more.

Q: How do I get the results?
You’ll get a private video link + a simple document with your rewritten messages, templates, and any key notes.

Q: What if I don’t have a full website yet?
